I practice from accessible and comfortable consulting rooms in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, within easy reach of Tonbridge, Penbury, Crowborough, Mayfied, Heathfield, Hawkhurst, Cranbrook, East Grinstead and the surrounding areas.

I am registered with BUPA as an approved practitioner
You will need to check with BUPA as to how many sessions are authorised and whether or not you have a policy excess to pay.
What happens at our first meeting?
The initial consultation is different to other counselling sessions in that it gives me the opportunity to find out more about you and what you would like to achieve from the work together. It also gives you the opportunity to talk about the difficulties that you are having and decide whether counselling is the right kind of help for you. It is sometimes possible to have a few sessions before deciding whether to continue.

I realise that this is a big step but it is also important that I am the right counsellor for you. We can then arrange a date and time that suits.
